The following policy applies for all of Die Wolke's activities and websites, including die-wolke.org and vitruvianthing.com.
Our mailing list is managed through the Mailchimp service, through which you can change your preferences and unsubscribe at any time (links available at the bottom of every sent email). The list is double opt-in, meaning an email confirmation of subscription is necessary.
All emails and phone numbers collected for event reservation purposes at Vitruvian Thing are used solely for identification and notification purposes pertaining to that specific event, and are deleted shortly afterwards.
Contact data collected through all other forms, e.g. for the participation in seminars or other educational events, are used only for notifications, sending of educational materials upon request, and other communication specificaly relevant to the event. These are deleted after the event itself, or the full cycle of events in case of recurring classes, is over.
All inquiries regarding stored data can be made using the contact form. Data from that form is not being collected or used in any way, except to reply to messages by email.
We will under no circumstance make any data, including emails and phone numbers, available to any third party.
Our websites use a simple cookie to track your language preference. The cookie expiration varies between a month and a year.
We use Google Analytics to track website visitation, as a means to improve our content and services. We do NOT collect or store this data directly, and can only access it through Google's control panel.
